This is a Mature neighborhood, a very quiet area, I'm looking for 1 tenant, that is also easy going, has a full time job, doesn't work from home.... Please! no loud music! and be quiet, as Im a very quiet. ! :) Absolutely !!! no spicy cooking. Have to say it again.... No Spicy curry cooking. The back yard is fully accessible for BBQ and fire pit. A Small pet is ok .....as its fenced in! Please have no criminal record or an Alcoholic/ hard drug user. I am ok with a 420 Friendly.... I dont participate myself , but I am social drinker, I prefer someone that is responsible, quiet and doesn't complain that its an older house.......
