Bathroom is a full bathtub and shower. Has a large balcony, with great view, and new blinds. This may not be suited for someone moving in a large amount of furniture -- but suited better for someone looking for a temporary place, and with only a few personal things to move in. Rent for one month stay is $2,350 monthly. First and last is required, upfront. Plus utilities, and security deposit, of $500. First and last and deposit, within 24 hours of being approved. Landlord and employment reference, and/or 2023 NOS from CRA. Background check to be done -- no one showing previous evictions will be considered. Absolutely NO partying or smoking of any kind, in the unit. This is a quiet floor, with mostly working young professionals. And therefore, this is suited for a single person, or a couple.
