The house is in awesome conditions and offers the optimal “bang-for-the-buck” ratio for its tenants. Here are some of the highlights: CONVENIENT COMMUTING: - 1.7km from UTM (4 minutes' drive, 17 minutes' bus ride, 21 minutes' walk). - 800m (10 minutes’ walk) from Sheridan Centre Mall / Bus Terminal (directly accessible via inner-community lanes) - Walking distance to South Common Mall and the sprawling rows of mall/store/dineries along Dundas to the west of Erin Mills Pky Way; 11 minutes’ drive to Erin Mill Town Center Mall. Occasional visits & overnight stays by guests are not encouraged but can be tolerated with the prior consent of the landlord.
