| Looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate for a spacious room in Milton, Ontario available immediately. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and chair and also has a large closet. Rent is $950 and includes high-speed wireless internet. Does not include utilities which will be 30% of hydro (water + electricity) and gas. No parking spots currently available but when it does become available, you may rent one for an additional fee. All amounts are firm. Shared spaces include kitchen, living room, bathroom (shared with one other person), front and back yards and on-site laundry room. No smoking, no pets, quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM, and guests are permitted with prior approval for the safety and comfort of all inhabitants. First and last month's rent are required before move-in. Proof of income, employer reference, and current landlord reference are required.
