Our pricing is set low with options for add-ons that can be personalized to meet your needs or as your needs change. Included with your rent: - weekly laundry service for towels and linen - weekly laundry for personal items - weekly housekeeping - all utilities - one parking spot per unit - delicious meals and snacks - RPN and Doctor visits on site - caring and compassionate staff - an open door General Manager always available to help residents and their families. Room amenities: - different size rooms available - most rooms have full wheel chair accessible bathrooms including nice large showers with a fold down bench if needed and hand held shower head that can slide up and down. - individual climate control for AC and heating - big beautiful windows with some rooms having water views of the St Lawrence River - closet space with two bars for hanging things Life at Sunset Cove Retirement - we have daily activities organized by our Activity Coordinator - we have special events that happen where families and community are able to join in - we have a small library and game library residents have access to 24/7 - large spacious dinning room with two sittings per meal - large living room where residents can enjoy a large screen tv and watch things together - patio oasis that gardeners are welcome to participate in growing and caring for flowers/plants and offers lots of space for sitting and enjoying the area - large semi covered deck with views of the St Lawrence River with gliders to sit in - entertainment room with pool table and activities - lots of laughter and smiles Room sizes and prices vary but we have rooms as low as $1,875.00 per month Happy note for pet lovers: Sunset Cove Retirement understands how important pets are to people and are happy to be able to provide the option for potentially taking in your small pets with you when you move in.
