| We are a mature couple who will be spending most of the warmer months away. We have a bright basement apartment for rent during this time for 2025. We will live on the main floor when home. We are looking for snowbirds who are looking for a place during London’s warmer months. We are flexible on dates as the apartment is otherwise vacant. Details: -bright and newly renovated space -1000 sqft -private backyard entrance -use of fenced in back yard on weekends (may be used by owner during the week) -lots of storage space -your own doorbell/mailbox for deliveries/guests - personal washer/dryer -one parking space with free unlimited street parking -in the heart of Wortley Village – can walk to all amenities in Village, downtown and trail systems -flexible on dates but we are away often from May 1- Nov. 1 so somewhere within these months would be ideal -the apartment is currently furnished with new white and grey furniture (floors are also grey laminate) but we can move the furniture out if not needed -require first and last to take it off the market -$1500 a month including heat, hydro, ac, wifi -contract to be signed with credit check and references |
