| Hello! I am a medical student looking to share my Beaver Hall apartment (2 bedroom) with a studious, female graduate/professional roommate at Western university beginning August 1st, 2024 (12 month lease, no subletting). Looking for someone that is smoke-free, pet-free, and does not drink. You will need to furnish just your bedroom and bring kitchenware, all other common areas have been furnished. Feel free to message me, if you’re interested! The apartment includes: 2 bedrooms (available room is 10'10 x 11'8 ), one kitchen, dining area, living room, 1 washroom, and a storage space. The rent includes all utilities, but the internet is not included ($65/person). Beaver Hall is about a 6-9 min walk to the Western university campus (Medical Science Building) and University Hospital.
