| LOOKING FOR SOMEONE ASAP Hi, so I have a room that is available in my 2 bedroom apartment. It is split which is $972.50 a month. Id like to get first and last. But I am negotiable with month to month basis so you don't have to do first and last. It is in a great area which is oxford and wonderland. Plenty of trails, grocery stores, and etc. The room size is 14 feet by 11 feet, plenty of room in there and there is a closet for hanging clothes and shelfs as well. You have your own bathroom, I would only need to shower in there as I have my own bathroom in my room. You don't have to worry about getting appliances or furniture for the kitchen or anywhere else except what ever you want for your room. It comes unfurnished for the room only. There is a pool, gym, laundry on site, lounge area, balcony at the place. Just please be clean, and clean up after yourself. As for me, I won't be here much as I wake up at 4:30am and usually don't get home till around 8 or 9, and I eat and pretty much go to bed. Weekends i usually watch ufc fights. I am a gym junkie, and love running. I am quite, I would like for someone who doesn't party and bring people over every day. |
