| Hello I am a 30yr female (NB), with a young female cat looking for a roommate for a large room in a 2 bedroom apartment. 675$ is the rent + hydro + wifi, everything else is included. Landlord does not allow dogs, but cats are cool. Apartment is downtown london, near various bus routes and much more. There's no smoking in the house but there's a balcony if needed. The room is large, unfurnished, has a large window, and a fairly large closet as well. Apartment offers shared furnished living room, kitchen (with ensuite laundry & a dishwasher). The apartment does have a lot of stairs and no elevator so please keep that in mind. Looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, creates a safe environment, and can pay rent on time.
