This room is for females only. I am a young professional renting out rooms in my home. If you would like a quiet tidy place to live this place is for you. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS, SMOKING, PARTIES, DRUGS, WEED OR VAPING! If you enjoy these things then this house will NOT work for you. I live here and you will be asked to leave. There are 2 full bathrooms for renters to use. You will likely only have to share a bathroom with one person. It is a newly renovated very nice house. There is a cleaning service that helps keep the place extra nice during your busy studies. The bus route is at the end of the street. I have two parking spaces should you need one.
