| I’m a graduate student at Western looking for a new female roommate! A bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with one roommate) is available starting July 1st at Masonville Garden, located at 15 Jacksway crescent. The contract is at least 5 months. Rent is $830/month and utilities include gas and water. Internet and electricity are extra and shared (usually $30-40 per person monthly). Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed. The unit has 3 bedrooms with a spacious living room and a kitchen. Both the bedroom and common areas are fully furnished. The apartment is quiet and safe (includes secure entry). We have a balcony, heating, gas place, dishwasher, free on-floor laundry, free on-site parking and gym access. The apartment is located close to Western campus (5-10 minutes by multiple direct buses (10, 13, 90, 93 routes) from the Masonville bus stop or a 20-minute walk) and a 2-minute walk from Masonville mall, with many other places within walking distance. We are very clean, quiet, and considerate, and all we ask is that we keep the place fairly clean.
