| I am looking to sublet my room in a beautiful 4 bedroom townhouse. Ideally, I’d like to sublet from September (or August) to May 2025, but I have some flexibility here. The unit is a gorgeous, 3 storey townhouse that has been newly renovated. We are the first tenants to live in the unit, so it’s incredibly clean! A/C and heat, brand new appliances including dishwasher, in-unit laundry, 4 washrooms, 2 car parking garage (plus large driveway and free street parking), and a spacious patio. The house is beautifully furnished with a large sectional couch, TV, dining table etc. The bedroom is the master suite on the top floor. 2 large closets, it’s own en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and huge windows with blackout blinds! I have a brand new queen mattress + boxspring and frame that can be included for you, along with some furniture. Utilities are extra and split evenly with the other tenants, approx. $50 each/month. The unit is located at 1581 Henrica Avenue, abut a 10-15 minute drive to Western campus, 20 mins from Fanshawe campus. Hyde park is a beautiful area, super safe and quiet, friendly neighbours and some other students in the complex. There is a Walmart, Sunripe market, and tons of restaurants just a 5 mins drive away! The other tenants are all girls who are graduate level students. Very clean, no smoking, no pets. Landlord and building manager are great and very responsive! Please DM if you are interested!
