| Looking to rent out the master bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment beginning August 1st. Its 850$ with internet included and theres no additional hydro fees. The apartment is furnished and all shared space and the bedroom is unfurnished. Must be cannabis friendly as i do smoke. I'm a 36yr male that works in the mornings, I'm easy to get along with, generally pretty quiet, dont have a lot of guests over very regularly and spend most of my time playing my Playstation.
