| Looking for a roommate starting September 1st. Looking for a mature student or working professional. The apartment is located behind the Costco on Wonderland. Rent is $900 a month including utilities and internet but not parking. First and last is required. The rent includes 1 bedroom out of a 3 bedroom apartment and a private bathroom. 3rd bedroom is currently used as an office. Must be okay with living with a cat. Laundry on-site and window a/c provided, bedroom not furnished. Please send some information about yourself (job, gender, pets, etc) along with any questions you have for me. This would be a month to month lease with 60 day notice to move out. |
