| Fully Furnished Room For Rent in Townhome Near Western University Close to Intersection of Wonderland and Sarnia Road. Lease is from July 1, 2024 until April 30, 2025. Includes utilities AC, hydro, heat, water, and WiFi. Full Time Western University Student or Someone with Professional Employment only. Will share the house with two male students. Four major bus routes from university to house (Bus Numbers: 10, 27, 31, 9) Furnished medium-sized bedroom with bed frame, mattress, work desk, and chair. Kitchen with all appliances including dining table and laundry is shared with two other male students. No parking. No overnight or prolonged visitors and no parties. - Provide employment reference or proof of enrollment at Western University and photo ID - Must pay first and last month rent. Will provide a receipt if requested. - Rent will be paid every first day of the new month - Provide $200 security deposit for any damage or repair - Within walking distance of Costco, Sobeys, and many restaurants - 1 full and 1 half bathroom shared with two other male students - Shared laundry with washer and dryer will be available only on the weekend for one day (Saturday or Sunday) - Strictly NO DRINKING, SMOKING, DRUGS, OR PETS - Parties are not permitted - Room is to only be used for living.
