The building is located in front of the Fanshawe College; all you need to do is just cross the street. The room comes with a queen bed, table, chair, wardrobe, cloth rack, drawer, and bookcase. That room has an incredible view. You will be very close to bus stops, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance. The building has a big laundry room, gym, bike storage, and cinema room. You will share the washroom with one tenant, and the kitchen is shared with all tenants. Once a month, the unit will be cleaned (except your room). I'm looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP. Heat and internet are included. The monthly electricity bill is around 20–25 dollars.
