| Hi all! Subletting my room at Foundry First, 625 First street for the Winter 2025(January-April 2025) term due to moving to another city for my co-op. Early move in from the 3 week of December available for an extra cost) Great location right by the main Fanshawe college campus. Private room with private washroom in a 4 bedroom corner unit. Mixed gender unit, you’ll be sharing with 2 males and 1 female, as well as 3 friendly cats! Rent is $921.63 per month (includes mandatory $35 monthly cleaning fee). The current lease price of this unit is $1095+ so you’re saving a bit compared to that :) Rent is due on the 1st of every month. First and last month’s rent required as a deposit. Excludes hydro (all other utilities included), which is typically between $30-$40 per month I’m more than happy to host any virtual or in person viewings / share more pictures of the actual unit (stock photos mainly used for illustration but see the last picture as proof I do reside in the unit).
