| Please if there is anyone out there looking for great tenants with a great reference who always pay their rent on time and help ease the burden of being a landlord by doing general repairs and replace broken appliances free of charge and go out of our way to keep costs low for you. We do not drink or do drugs the only parties we have are fsmiky dinners or childrens birthdsy parties. We are a family of 6 my mom myself 2 teenage girls a new born baby boy and my hsuband we are employed full time at amazons hamilton upper james warehouse for the last 2 years and are looking for a 4 br with basement whether in good condition or needing repairs we can help free of charge our price range for rent is 2500 plus utilities and can offer first and last upon approval. Our credit is not the greatest but we always pay our rent first on time and in full. We need to be out by the end of next week its imperative as our landlord has sold the house.
