Laundry facilities are also available for use. The room is available for rental for 2 to 6 months. Room is furnished with a bed, desk and chair, lamp, and a rack for hanging clothes No smoking including, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vapes is allowed in the room or in the house. No pets are allowed in the house. Other occupants in the house are students or employed and get along very well. Pictures of the room will be added soon. First and last month's rent would be expected at the time of move-in. A background check or references may be requested. |
