Looking for a student but open to discuss. This is an owner occuped Property. Bedroom includes twin frame (no mattress), low profile box spring, study desk, garbage/recyle bins. Bedroom doors have key locks for privacy. Shared areas (living room, kitchen/dining area and baathroom) inluces coouch, dining table with 4 charis, oven, fridge, microwave and miscellaneuos furnishings. Utilities ARE included including gas, hydro, water and wifi. NO LAUNDRY NO smoking inside and NO pets. Owner has cat, dog and am not willing to compromise their overall comfort and safety. There are cameras placed at both entrances. I am renting this room to ONE person and will not accept couples or friends/roommates at this time. I currently have two other students so the shared areas are shared between each of them and myself. Please message if interested. |
