| Hello. I have a few single furnished bedrooms to rent to employed professionals or mature students ($850 to $985 per room). My home is very clean and cozy, located on Lakeshore Road near Appleby College. I am a business consultant and have lived here for over 30 years and began renting rooms 4 years ago. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable home, this may be your best opportunity in Oakville. You must be responsible, CLEAN, unaddicted, friendly, and respectful. Any religion or ethnicity is fine as long as you are kind and stable. As much as I care for everyone, I do not have the capacity to deal with those with emotional or social issues or in need of help - aside from finding a good and secure home. I live in a basement addition but have a cleaning company to look after things. You will be sharing my home -- not just renting a room. You will have use of my living room, kitchen, and TV room. Everything you need is here... laundry, dishes, cookware, high speed WiFi, parking, 1/2 of a fridge, and 2 full bathrooms (on the main floor). Peace and comfort are what I offer in exchange for reasonable rent. Please feel free to contact me - but only if you are single - no couples. First and last month's rent is required. I also need to know some background and employment or school enrolment. This is a beautiful home close to the lake, grocery, and bus stops. If you are a parent looking for a home for your student son or daughter, this would be a good place for them. No overnight romantic guests allowed, but family members and friends may occasionally visit. |
