| Kitchener I will be leaving for the summer so I'm looking to rent out my spare bedroom. You will have the whole apartment minus the master bedroom. It's a security building. It is fully furnished with my things. You won't have to bring much really. You will need bedding, towels etc. The bedroom closet and dressers will be cleaned out. Also I don't have anywhere for someone to store there things. Looking for ONE person who is working out of home. No pets allowed. I have 3 dogs and they will mark there territory upon my return. No smoking of anything In the building period. There is a kitchen/dinning room, living room and bathroom. It is also a walkout with a small patio area. 1st floor. One parking spot is included. Wifi is included, no cable. It's available from. July 1st to August 23rd Portable ac and laundry in the building which you would need a card to access. Monthly rent for july is $1200 August is $1050 Pm for more info. |
