| Greetings I currently live in a one bedroom apartment and I'm looking to rent the bedroom out for 6 months to a year (possibly longer-depending how everything goes). Looking to do a trial for 6 months and if everything works out and everything is working well then I would invite you to stay longer. Just really sick of of this expensive way of living. So if you're trying to make your life a little bit cheaper. Willing to rent the room for 950 per month and that includes interenet (highspeed) and all utilities. A little about me I work from home full time and I'm pretty easy going for the most part during the week. (Gay friendly) I also have a cat and I apologize I cannot accommodate any other animals. Please note that storage is limited and the only available space you would have aside from a little bit of space in the kitchen would be the room. (Do not have space for a full apartment coming here) The plan would be to have a meet and greet and if I'm feeling good about it then I would invite you to rent the room. I would prefer somebody who's not random but I'm really sick of paying for the entire place by myself. Canada is currently a nightmare and I know we're all in the same boat...I'm just trying to make things a little bit cheaper so I can get out a bit more this summer.
