The unit features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a kitchen, and provides access to a lush green backyard. Please note that the pool is closed during the winter months, but it will reopen next spring! The house is fully furnished, including a well-equipped kitchen with a view of the garden. Relax in the living room, which features a cozy couch, a 65" TV, and a fireplace—perfect for cozy weekends with a view of the pool and backyard. The dining room comfortably seats up to six people. This is a pet-friendly home! I am a 28-year-old man and I live here with my 3-year-old Husky, Jack. Couples are welcome here for an extra $300. Another bedroom is available for rent for $850 singles/students. The total number of people in the unit will be 3 - 4 max. Non-smokers only. This is a month to month leaseing agreement. Available on December 1st. Rent includes ALL the bills. No extra charge. You only need to worry about your groceries :) Parking is limited (ask if you have a car).
