Clean 1500sqft house, 2 full bathrooms. Includes Internet and utilities. Reasonable use of house. Laminate wood flooring (no carpet) in house. plus 2 Fridges in kitchen. We use side door which leads into large kitchen + dining area. The house is quiet with everyone busy with work or school. Great central Location: - 12 min walk to University (King/Victoria st), 10 min walk to bus terminal, 15 min walk to farmers market , 13 min walk to downtown city hall. Feels like country in the city with the large park and Victoria lake. Great safe area, close to bus terminal, downtown farmers market, iron horse trail... . *Only about 30min bus ride to Waterloo Universities and 10 min walk to bus terminal. Rent is $875 per month, first & last month is needed + $275 key deposit (returned within 5 days after vacating). **Only extra is Laundry $1 per machine ***One person, non smoker, no pets, no visitors... *** I ONLY rent to Students or Young professionals working full time. *** To keep the house neutral smelling: no cooking bacon and no cooking with strong spices (add spices to meals after) and no candles or incense due to smell gets into walls and furniture. No heavy cooking after 10:30pm for safety reasons. Use of oven (baking) twice a week for large items, not 1 meal.
