| My fiancee and I are in desperate need of housing. We have two cats and are currently in an abusive situation which the police will not help with because we do not have proof. Our current roomate is violent towards us and our cats. We need to get out of here but we are having trouble finding anywhere affordable. We can pay 900 plus utilities per month. $1000 total is the max we can do, and that includes internet. We found two friends willing to rent an apartment with us. One of them can do $500/month and the other can do $800/month. I am currently a student at conestoga college, and my income is ODSP, same with my fiancee because we both have several disabilities. Any place we get NEEDS to be at most, a 45 minute bus ride to Conestoga College, Waterloo campus. Nothing further away will work for me. Any help would be appreciated as all four of us are in bad situations (my fiancee, me and two friends) |
