| Hi, My fiancee and I are looking for a long term apartment share/room for rent. We have 2 cats. I'm disabled and cannot do stairs. I'm currently a student at conestoga college in Waterloo so it must be near there. I'm open to finding a roomate and doing apartment hunting together, or moving into a room you already have. We are both lgbtq+. No drugs, only the occasional celebratory drink. And I cannot live with someone doing drugs. I'm 21 and my fiancee is 19. The apartment or house must be accessible as I use a walker and occasionally a wheelchair. My cats need to be able to freely roam around the apartment, we will not be restricting them to only the bedroom as they need room to run around and play. Other pets are welcome as long as they are not violent. We will need a place for approximetly 4 years, at that point we will be moving into subsidized housing. This is urgent as I am currently in college and need stable housing however most places are not taking couples. We can afford $900/month. We can provide our own bedroom furniture aswell as living room furniture and kitchen table. |
