Located at the corner of King St & Morrison Rd - Minutes to the Highway, Freeport Hospital & Chicopee Park. Bus routes very close by. Includes a spacious, tastefully furnished bedroom and your own 3 pc bathroom. It’s very private as your ‘wing’ is on the first floor. Other two bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. Full use of kitchen (stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils), Livingroom, 2nd floor patio. Utilities, Internet, wifi and laundry are included, as well as Netflix, Crave and Prime Video. The home has A/C and a water softener. Room rental also includes a mini-fridge in the bedroom but you can utilize the main fridge as well. Please note that a female roommate is preferred and no couples, unfortunately. First and last month's rent would be required, and parking can be available if needed for an extra fee through RE/MAX who manages this property where I am renting. A bit about me: I’m a middle aged woman and my young adult daughter is with me much of the time We have two awesome cats. I’m looking for someone kind who can appreciate a clean, low-key environment.
