I am seeking ONE additional student to share my 4 bedroom townhouse condominium located near Division and Concession. This house is coed and either a male or female student could consider this rental. International students could consider this rental. Rent is $750.00 per month for either an 8 month or 1 year rental and includes hydro, heat, water, laundry and high speed internet. The parking space is already being used by another housemate so if you have a car, you will need to find alternate parking arrangements in the area. Please see the pictures below. This room rental comes with a bed, desk, mini-fridge and a chair. The previous renter has left some computer equipment (printer and other miscellaneous equipment) that you are welcome to use but it will be your responsibility to make and keep it operational. You only need to bring personal items such as bedding, laptop, clothing and personal hygiene items and you should be good to go. You are able to share the many other resources in the house (microwave, toaster, hot air fryer etc.) if you clean up after yourself. Contact me expressing your interest that includes your details.
