Hello girls!! This apartment (3 bed, 1 bathroom) is up for rent! The term is 12 months (renewed every january or so) and is shared with two wonderful girls! Both Queens University students. The only catch is it’s only for rent if you identify as a woman. The room is private (not furnished) and the bathroom is shared. All utilities are included in the rental price of $750 except for gas and wifi (wifi is $26 a month). It is a 15 minute walk from Queens main campus, 5 minute walk from shoppers drug mart, 8 minute walk from metro, and a 3 minute walk from starbucks.
