| Hello friends, I want to transfer my lease from July to the end of September. It's a one-bedroom apartment with a den for $1,200 (I'll give you the remaining rent from the contract during the transfer, which is about $2,200). Address: K7K 6K6 Pet-friendly, with a dishwasher and microwave. Outdoor pool, lake view, gym, and sauna. Only water is included. There's about three to four months left on the home insurance, which I'll pay for. The remaining utilities, with the air conditioner on, come to about $60 per month. There are five bus lines that go downtown, which is about 20 minutes away. Three of the buses go directly to the university, with a bus available every 15 minutes. The bus stop is right in front of the building. A supermarket and Tim Hortons are within a five-minute walk from the building.
