| Hi there! I am looking for someone to takeover my lease with my female roommate. The lease can be taken ovver as soon as May 1st, and tenancy will go month to month starting in October. I am moving out early because I am beginning a new program near Toronto. Ideally my replacement would be a young professional or upper year student/grad student. The unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit which you would split with my roommate. Currently, the 3rd bedroom functions as a storage room. The kitchen is very spacious and there is plenty of cupboard space. There is even a dishwasher, in-unit laundry and small balcony area. The bedroom you would take over features the ensuite bathroom in the unit. The unit will also come partially furnished, as my roommate owns some of the furniture pictured. I will be taking all of my furniture, so the bedroom comes unfurnished. Rent is $1350 plus utilities which are about $100 each. Wifi is included in the price. Parking not available, but the unit is situated near several bus routes and is easy to get around. Pets are also very limited. My roommate has guinea pigs so larger animals like dogs and cats would not be possible. Ideally, we want the lease to be taken over sooner rather than later, but dates are flexible (as early as May 1st, 2024). Females strongly preferred. If you are interested, please message me!
