| I am looking for 1 female roommate to share a 3 bedroom house with starting July 1! I signed a lease on a nice house in the Overbrook neighbourhood (near Vanier, not far from downtown, close to GAC on Sussex). It's a spacious 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house that includes all the good stuff (central A/C, washer and dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, and a backyard). Rent is $1363 each (includes utilities) plus an extra approximately $40 for internet/tenant insurance. It would just be 2 of us sharing the whole house (the 3rd bedroom can be used as an office space). You can check out my other ad for more info about the house! About me: I am a 30-year-old woman who works for the federal government. I am quiet and respectful. I enjoy socializing and going out, but also like to relax at home sometimes. I have a small, quiet 5-year-old rescue dog who is super sweet and loves people. She mostly sleeps all day while I work. Some things I love are travelling, coffee, dogs (all animals really!), languages, staying active, and cooking. I like trying new things and meeting new people. I don't smoke and only drink occasionally. I am fluent in Spanish and French. Who I am looking for: Ideally another woman close in age, non-smoker, someone who works for the government or a mature student. You must love dogs as my pup will want to be your BFF!
