Currently looking for 1 mature, clean, student or working individual as an occupant for one of my rooms in my 3 bedroom apartment! •Room attaches to your own private balcony that overlooks the Durand community! You would have your own living room area to set up and make your own as well (refer to the room that has the balloons on the table) •Very large apartment with high ceilings throughout, very beautiful place to call home! •Pretty much everything you need is within a 5 minute walk: laundromat’s, Jackson Square, Hess Village, all kinds of restaurants, scenic areas and more! •Driveway parking is available at no extra charge! •Key entry controlled building so you can reside in peace! •Large storage area in the back of the apartment! •No dogs as I have 2 dogs myself, cats are cool! This place is definitely bigger than it looks in pictures! I’m asking for $1,300+ hydro for the room on a month-to-month basis (willing to sign a 6 month- a year lease with the right person). I don’t want this to be a long process as I am trying to find someone for February 1st. If you’re cool, clean, respectful, can pay your rent and I get a good vibe from you then you’re a go in my books. Asking first and last + 3 months of pay stubs from your employer to ensure you are a working individual and you can pay your way without issues!
