Room is equipped with perfect wardrobe space. Room is unfurnished but I have a spare single spring mattress to use. Currently 2 indian girls occupied other 2 rooms who are working full-time and looking for a quiet and tidy female tenant to take the third room. This is a great place to live in downtown Toronto either if you're working or student. This room is available from July 1st. No lease agreement, only month to month rent. Coin laundry in the suite.
