| I have an apartment that is CURRENTLY being renovated with new wiring, insulation, drywall, and flooring eventually. Renovations expected to take 6-9 months due to overwhelming work schedule. ONE BEDROOM, kitchen, and bathroom are liveable and available for use. The other room and entrance room are in a state of TOTAL renovation (back to studs w no insulation) If you are okay living where half the apartment is in a state of renovation, then send a message. Once the renovations are done the price will be $1800 all included - at which point you’ll be offered renting first. —————— PS: Many complain about crappy rentals/slum rentals in Kenora which is absolutely true - I am renovating so that the apartment is not a slum which is why it is being completely gutted instead of just a new coat of paint. If I waited until the renovation is complete it might be another year so I’m offering half the apartment at half price so someone has a warm & safe place to sleep right away. |
