| Private Peterborough-based landlord looking for tenants for a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom main floor of a home. The basement unit (a legal secondary suite) is currently occupied. We are looking for mature, responsible tenants who will treat this like their own home and be respectful of our other tenant. The home was recently modernized and renovated. It is all on one level with ample space, open concept kitchen and lots of natural light! Located just off Sherbrooke and Clonsilla this unit is short, 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and less than 20 minute walk to PRHC. It’s tucked away so you will not be on a main road and it is on a very quiet street. Utilities are split 60 (upstairs)/40 with the lower level tenant. Both unit tenants share responsibility for lawn maintenance and snow shovelling. The only shared spaces are the driveway and backyard (each has a separate entrance and its own mailbox). The unit will be available starting December 1, 2024. Photos pending as we are just in the middle of re-painting but older photos are available on request. We will require an application, including employment history, proof of income and references. Please note that access to the shared yard is through the back (no direct access from the back patio door). This is usually a major inconvenience for people with dogs and is usually not suitable. There is a deck that connects to the unit and you can access the yard from the side of the house. This is a non-smoking property. |
