| I have a large furnished bedroom available in my lovely home in the Bridlewood area of Kanata. It is on the 2nd floor & is located at the front of the house. It has a large window, so it is nice & bright! One wall is all closet, so lots of storage space and to hang your clothes. It has a queen bed. There is also a Flatscreen TV in the bedroom with a Roku. The room is tastefully decorated. This is a large single home with 2 living rooms, an inground swimming pool, BBQ and gazebo to enjoy when summer arrives. Home is quiet and very clean as I clean weekly. Bathrooms are shared. Looking for a long term professional tenant who is employed full time outside the home. Looking for someone friendly, extremely clean & respectful! Please have references. First and last months rent is required. Sorry, no parking available.
