| I am looking for someone to take over my existing lease. This is a student residence so you must be currently enrolled in school to live here. Rent is $3,320 every two months with utilities included. The lease ends in August, however you can easily reapply. It's a 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, one room is currently unoccupied. There are currently two other tenants living in the apartment. the apartment is also smoker friendly. the building is located in downtown Toronto and is ten minute walk from Dundas Square The building comes with decent amount of amenities including a full gym, student common room, underground parking and a biweekly cleaning service. I need my lease taken over by December 14th, a move in date can be discussed once you are locked in. |
