| Hi guys! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Hoem on Jarvis, I originally agreed on a three semester contract and moved out after the first semester. Female students only. The room type: three bedrooms, shared bathroom on the 27th floor Installment amount: $1980/month Amenities: there’s wifi, kitchen appliances, a laundry room on the ground floor, a small gym, bi-weekly cleaning and key cards are provided for entry there are a lot of activities every month that are free to enjoy! Duration of agreement: winter and summer semester (Dec to Aug) It’s a 10 min walk to the TMU campus, a 15 min walk to the UofT campus and right next to the jarvis and dundas tram station. Both of my roommates are UofT students and they’re nice and quiet. |
