| Shared Accommodations Available Immediately... I have a 3 Bedroom townhouse I am looking to share with someone. Must be good with a large dog. Located hospital end of Huntsville. There is an empty bedroom for you to move into (Dresser in photos will be removed). There is also a smaller room that is being setup as a guest room, for both to use. There is laundry and full bathroom on upper level. Main level is living room, kitchen, dining and half bath. There is an unfinished basement and fenced in back yard. Garage and driveway that can fit 2 vehicles. I am looking for someone to split everything 50/50, not including food or personal needs. Can help maintain the inside and outside of the home. Quiet and respectful. Rent is $1500 a month, utilities range between $100-$150 depending on usage. Room is available immediately, please only serious inquires only. |
