| Hi I'm looking for someone to sublease my room (an upstairs room) from may-august 2024 i know its a bit late but if anyone would be willing please let me know!! Im looking for someone clean and responsible and its GIRLS only. It comes unfurnished (no furniture but I may let the desk stay but if I do please take good care of it) and its 574 a month, utilities included. Its a bit far from mcmaster like 30-40 min bus ride but its right close to walmart just a couple minute walk. Its a 5 ish minute walk to mohawk campus. If you're willing to take it on please let me know ASAP thank you!! Im free to show at any time preferably afternoon but please let me know if you'd like to see it |
