Furnished with single bed, small wardrobe, desk, chair, and shelves. Not a lot of room for storage. Private bathroom. Looking for a full time worker or full time student who goes to classes at the school (not all online classes). Need someone compatible with my daytime, work-from-home schedule. Must be comfortable with cats. Located in great neighbourhood with cafes and shops. On the #7 bus route. Eight minute walk to Main Street for more buses. Available for March or April. One - four month contacts which can be extended/renegotiated. This is not a permanent, long-term rental. Need only a few days per week? Rent can be negotiated. |
