| Owner of this apartment will be away for 1 year but still have few stuffs sitting around, so lease of 6months-1 year is fine. This will be a shared apartment, a room for $1000 and living room space(furnished) is $400. Kitchen is equipped. If anyone is interested in renting both room and living rm,it’s fine but please note that it can't be more than 2 people living together here. If one person is interested and doesn't want to share, i could take a little bit off the total. All utilities included except wifi will be $70 extra. Also if you need parking, it will be additional $70. Parking is underground |
