| Looking for someone interested in subleasing a private bedroom in a 3 Bedroom house near Gage Park. Looking for at least the summer months (as early as June 1st to end of August), but can extend beyond that or take over my spot in the lease completely. The house is split as a duplex, you will be on the main floor with two other existing roommates. The basement unit is completely separate. The unit is really nice with central AC, a spacious kitchen and living room (which will be shared with the other roommates), and hardwood floors. There's a washer and dryer in unit and parking space available. There is a backyard as well that is shared with the basement unit. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood just a short walk to Gage park, with a bus stop nearby for public transport. Room is the larger of the three (about 10ft x 13ft) and will be left unfurnished. Is big enough for a double or queen size bed, furniture, and a desk for a computer/workstation. Fibre Internet/WiFi is already installed and is split between the tenants (about 30$/month for each). All other utilities are included in rent. Rent will be $655 + $30 (for internet) = $685 The two other existing roommates are graduate students at McMaster University.
