In walking distance to Fortino, and nearby restaurant ( 7 min walk) 20 min walk to McMaster campus 7 min walk to the bus stop which will go directly to the campus also. (12 min total to commute to campus) Spacious living room, washer and dryer in basement. And a decent size closet inside the room The first and last month's deposits are needed.
