On the main floor you've got a huge dining table as well suitable for study or having some guests over for a board game or crafts. Some space in the basement for a workout / yoga / stretching. Backyard for chillin, hammock and garden. The whole setup is best suited for a student or young professional to join in. Parking is included if needed, or easy bus access: Just 1 bus ride #1 or #5 to downtown, to McMaster Uni, to St Peters or St Josephs hospitals. All major amenities nearby, groceries, Beer, LCBO, park, bar, restaurants, 1 bus to centennial mall, etc. Write up a little something about yourself and what you're looking for.
