| Rent private room in a basement apartment of 2 bedrooms! Landlord prefers a girl (even tho the other tenants is a male). Rent: $650 (includes everything) + cost for furniture (I'm selling everything so total all the furniture will be $500 - includes 1 bed, mattress, duvet, pillows and 2 sets of covers, 1 study table, 1 dressing table, 2 drawer units, 2 mesh drawer unit, some decor stuff) Move in date: Nov 3rd, 2024 (with possibility of extending lease!) Note: I'm moving out on Nov 3rd. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease which is till the end of December but you can sign the new lease from January. You'd be living with another tenant (male) occupying the other room. The landlord is also super nice! Please understand, I'm looking for someone who's going to be respectful and not do parties - small family gatherings are fine, just no frat parties. Also, someone who does their share of cleaning of the house. Amenities: In-unit laundry, kitchen, bathroom, microwave, oven, fridge, a/c, heater, living space, separate entrance as well. |
