| Lease ends on March 31st 2025 It's a one bedroom apartment with shared bathroom and kitchen It's next to the lake Gym access Locker storage Utilities and Internet is included If you're interested in taking the apartment after that, it's an option. Very quiet neighborhood Underground parking is available I'm a single female looking for preferably a female roommate. I am quiet clean, I don't have pets as I'm allergic. I am renting out the private bedroom with walk-in closet. I can't afford the rent here anymore which is why I am offering the bedroom. Please let me know if this interests you. It's a month to month rental. Must meet up to see if it's suitable arrangement prior to moving in. |
