| We are searching for a 3 bedroom house with finished basement, or 4 bedroom home. Preferably, lots of natural light and laundry on site. Dishwasher optional. A little about us… I am a single mother. 3 teens. ( if you ask me, on the nerdy side of teens, but teens. 15,18 & 19. ) 2 of which a fully employed. And my youngest works part time. I am currently recovering from uterine cancer surgery. So I am on disability, with help from the city through a program called Portable rental allowance. Previous I worked in criminal law. We have a couple cats. All neautered and very well behaved as well as an 8 month old German shepherd named Hero who serves as a support animal. We are quiet, clean ( and when I say that, I mean old world European clean ) people who are seeking a new, clean safe and quiet area to live in. That being said. No one drinks, uses drugs or parties. We take very good care of our home. I have never been evicted . I’ve never had an issue with any landlord. We’ve been at our current location for 8 years. So we are looking for a long term rental. We are all in good standing with the law. |
